From August to December 2019, monthly selection of Chinese and English e-books from HyRead / SUEP and OverDrive in the Hong Kong Public Libraries collection are always available for readers to borrow. Readers just had to download the mobile apps and login their library accounts to enjoy ereading anytime, anywhere. During the campaign, exhibitions were set up at the venue of the Hong Kong Library Festival and some of the public library branches to introduce the e-resources provided by the Hong Kong Public Libraries to the public.
